Hello!

We had a great chat last night! Thanks for joining in on the conversation. It was informative and I hope you were inspired and now ready to walk confidently into this fast. Remember, Thursdays are check-in days so set your alarms/calendars for 8 p.m. every Thursday night- January 8-28, 2017.

Can you SEE?
We learned last night that God wants to give us insight and clarity so we can clearly SEE His vision for our lives. In order to see His vision, we will need to adjust our perspective and shift our position (Isaiah 43:19). Therefore, we enter this fast with great expectations! We will be focusing on listening, praying, journaling and of course, FASTING!

Scheduling Day- Day 6 of Pre-Planning

Get ready. It's only 1 day before the fast begins. Of course you can fast on your own schedule but I recommend following along with us for support and inspiration throughout your fast. We're here for you!

Here's What You'll Need For a Successful Fast

1. A Bible- God speaks through His Word
2.  Quiet time/space- To hear from God
3.  Refocus21 Journal- To track your fast and
     write what God is saying for each area of your life.

Important Dates:
Pre-fast prep, January 1-7th.
Fasting begins, January 8th.
Fasting ends, January 28th

Coming Next, Step 7- Rest & Relax
You will be reading page 8-9 of your journal. I will be sending you the prayer that I'll be praying over you during the fast.
